1. Introduction

​These Terms and Conditions govern the use of electronic ​signatures ("e-signatures") through STIRA's service in ​accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By ​using this e-signature service, you agree to these terms.

E-signature: A digital representation of a person's intent to agree to the contents of a document.

User(s): Any individual or entity that utilizes the e-signature service.

STIRA: Strategic Systems Trading Company Ltd. 

Service: E-Signature service provided by STIRA

التوقيع الالكتروني: تمثيل الكتروني عن موافقة المستخدم لمحتوى المستند

المستخدم: وتعرف بأي جهة أو كيان مستفيد من خدمة التوقيع الالكتروني

الشركة: شركة الأنظمة الاستراتيجية

الخدمة: خدمة التوقيع الالكتروني المقدمة من الشركة

3. Legality

​E-signatures are legally recognized in Saudi Arabia under the ​Electronic Transactions Law (Royal Decree No. M/18, dated ​28/3/1428H - 26 March 2007). Users acknowledge that e-signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten ​signatures.

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام تحت المرسوم الملكي للتعاملات الالكترونية رقم م/18 بتاريخ (1428/3/28هـ - 26/3/2007) ،

يقر المستخدم أن التوقيع الالكتروني يحمل نفس المسؤولية القانونية مثل التوقيعات الكتابية. 

4. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Users must not use the service for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable laws.

4. التزامات المستخدم

• يجب على المستخدم التأكد من أن جميع المعلومات المقدمة صحيحة ومكتملة
• يجب على المستخدم عدم استخدام هذه الخدمة في أغراض غير قانونية أو لانتهاك أي قوانين سارية.

5. Consent to Use E-Signatures

By using this service, you consent to the use of e-signatures ​for all transactions, agreements, and documents executed through our platform. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, subject to the legal implications of such ​withdrawal.

5. الموافقة على استخدام الخدمة

من خلال استخدامك لهذه الخدمة فانت توافق على استخدم توقيعك الالكتروني في جميع المعاملات والاتفاقيات والمستندات المنفذة عبر منصتنا ، لديك الحق في سحب الموافقة في أي وقت عن طريق التواصل مع الشركة بذلك، ويكون ذلك بعد مراعاة الآثار القانونية لذلك. 

6. Security

​STIRA implements reasonable security measures to protect the ​integrity and confidentiality of e-signatures. However, users ​acknowledge that no system can be entirely secure, and we are not liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account.

6. حماية البيانات

تقوم الشركة بتطبيق سياسات ومعايير تحكم مناسبة ومعقولة لحماية سلامة وسرية التوقيعات الالكترونية,

 ولكن يقر المستخدم بأنه لا يمكن لأي نظام أن يكون آمناً تماماً، وتعد الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي وصول غير مصرح به لهذه المعلومات.

7. Modifications

​STIRA shall reserve the right to modify these Terms and ​Conditions at any time.

7. حقوق التعديل

تتملك الشركة الحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. 

8. Limitation on Liability

​STIRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our e-​signature service. 

8. المسؤولية

لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أي اضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ من استخدام خدمة التوقيع الالكتروني. 

9. Governing Law

​These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the​ ​exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.

9. القانون والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع الشروط والأحكام لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية وتفسر وفقاً لها، وتخضع النزاعات الناشئة فيما يتعلق بهذه الشروط والأحكام وأي استخدام للخدمة للاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم السعودية.
